If you wish to permanently delete your Consense account and all associated data, please send us a deletion request via email.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you want to proceed before submitting your request.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your account information (name, email address, profile data)
- All projects you have created as a facilitator
- All session data (polls, idea generation, group alignment, events, etc.)
- All responses and contributions you have made
- All announcements and messages you have sent
- Your participation records in other projects
- Any facilitator access tokens or subscription data
What May Be Retained
- Anonymized analytics data (for legal and business purposes)
- Transaction records (for accounting and legal compliance)
- Backup copies (automatically deleted within 30 days)
Processing Time
We will process your account deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Before You Delete
Please consider the following alternatives:
- If you're experiencing issues, our support team can help resolve them
- If you need a break, you can simply stop using the app without deleting your account
- If you're concerned about privacy, review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is protected
